My account was with an original creditor which forwarded it to a series agency. I never paid anything at all, saw the original creditor once more (I didn't know the account is at collections), and now

Take a look at your original contract with the creditor and see if there is a clause that allows correctly. Then, when you go to court, ask the judge about it. Simply because they ask for that extra money doesn't mean the judge may award it. Again, I have been previously doing this a long time but have not heard of something like that at the same time, however, you may live in an area that permits for that sort of
